Aluminium doors installation

Erreka offers a complete aluminium doors installation service that is tailored to our customer’s needs. Before installing our aluminium doors, we run an on-site inspection to  make sure the proposed system will work as expected and also avoid possible problems during installation. After the inspection is completed, the project is handed over to our trained CAD engineers who make the drawings required for manufacturing and installation.

Depending on the size and complexity of the job, the installation of aluminium doors is usually completed within the day ensuring minimal disruption to the regular flow of people in and out of the premises. If necessary we are also able to install our aluminium doors after hours to meet the requirements of our customers.

The aluminium doors installation is carried out by our trained and certified installers who comply with CITB and meet the requirements of BS 7036 / EN16005 standards. Erreka also ensures our workers meet the highest health and safety standards by carrying out safe work procedures and risk assessments. Our efforts in health and safety have been recognized by the leading third-party organizations Safecontractor, Constructionline, and Exor & CHAS.

    Aluminium doors systems

We have different available door systems to suit every commercial, industrial, and home application as well as others requiring flush aesthetics, entrance on light, and more!. Each door system has its own characteristics, offering varying levels of performance and profile depth. Erreka doors come complete with water drainage systems and are offered with a variety of stile widths, glazing materials, track styles, and finish options. We are also able to provide and install different automation systems for our doors.

Our designs comply with current regulations and meet the highest quality standards in terms of aesthetics, thermal insulation, safety, integrity, and fire resistance. If required, we can also manufacture tall doorways when required and up to 2.5 metres high without top lights.

Also, we provide available finishing options for our aluminium frames and panels including standard clear and anodized aluminium for improved corrosion resistance and single glazing / double glazing options with laminated safety glass for improved security and architectural aesthetics. Our efficient and safe designs also include features such as finger trapping protection at the hinge sections which is especially important in schools and healthcare facilities and low thresholds to avoid accidental injury.
