Carbis Bay Guest House Situation:

. The Guest House is hoped to accommodate a vast number of visitors throughout the year who wish to visit this spectacular area of Great Britain. The Guest House structure requires an environment which must be temperature controlled to ensure the guests’ comfort in this contemporary new build Guest House.

Frameless Glass Automatic Sliding Door

The frameless glass automatic doors do not only fully comply with current DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) legislation but are aesthetically pleasing and deliver fantastic customer service. The system was manufactured to the precise specifications of the hotel’s main entrance following a survey by the CAD team which was then presented to the client for approval.

Carbis Bay Guest House Outcome:

The frameless glass automatic doors will assist the Guest House with reducing energy bills, as the doors cannot be left open, precious heat is retained within the building. The automatic sliding frameless glass doors allow natural light to flood into the Guest House which again reduces electricity costs. These automatic frameless glass doors will provide a cost effective, attractive and efficient solution which will be suitable to the Guest Houses requirements.

With the successful retaining of heat and increased security, the automatic bi-part sliding entrance screens for the main entrance of the Guest House proved to be advantageous to the client.

Automatic Door System: Additional Benefits:

With the newly installed automatic sliding doors, the hotel was better able to provide guests with a simplified way in which they could both enter and exit the premises with their luggage, children in push chairs and of course wheelchair users.

The automated frameless glass doors allow guests and employees easy access to the guest house without having to ask for assistance. The client found that the new automatic door system featured a fundamental advantage of maintaining a comfortable temperature within the reception area. This is due to the system’s prevention of drafts from the doors that had previously been left ajar, whilst reducing energy bills as precious heat is retained within the guest house.
